Working alongside the Malins group to produce the Green Bank Loft Project, saw us transform office spaces into modern luxury apartments.

This project allowed us to combine sleek simplistic design with bold statement colours and finishes- a luxury that choosing the Imola range allows. When it came down to the design of the lofts, our designers looked at the project, thinking about the details of each intricate element of the kitchen, from design to functionality. These kitchens are kitted out with beautiful gold details including handle profile and worktop décor and feature renowned Smeg appliances.

The unique apartments reference the site’s historical past, including the use of Crittall screens, ornate fenestrations, bronze ironmongery, and reclaimed-style radiators. The sage green and oak palette, together with porthole windows, anchor the riverside at home. The developer aimed to create a grown-up, warm, luxe loft vibe, and the collection hits the mark.

These designs show our capability in combining different finishes to create a sleek, modern design whilst still in keeping with a colour scheme that embodies the historical surroundings.
